Editors-in-Chief Introduction

Professor Xie Yongxian 

XIE Yongxian, Ph.D., Professor, master’s supervisor and dual-qualification teacher, serves as Director of the Institute of Archival Affairs, Beijing Union University. He is currently Secretary‑General of the Information Resources and Archival Big Data Branch of the China Software Industry Association, Vice Chair of the Petrochemical Archives Committee of the Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, a council member of both the Chinese Archives Society and the Beijing Archives Society, and a member of the Sub‑Technical Committee on General Issues of the National Technical Committee on Document Imaging Technology Standardization. He also serves as an editorial board member of Shanxi Archives, a researcher at the Archival Undertaking Development Research Center of Renmin University of China, a dissertation reviewer at Renmin University of China, an expert for professional title evaluation at the Beijing Municipal Archives Bureau, and a trainer at the Beijing Municipal Archives.

His research focuses on electronic archives management and the open access review of government archives. He has chaired two projects sponsored by the National Social Science Fund of China, three projects funded by the National Archives Administration of China, and has led the development of two group standards and one software copyright. His major publications include the monographs A Study on the Strategy System for Long‑Term Preservation of Digital Archival Information in China (2019) and Government Governance of Long‑Term Preservation of Digital Resources (2011), the co‑edited work A Bibliography of the Three Hills and Five Gardens (2021), and co‑authored textbooks such as Practical Course in Scientific and Technological Archives Management (2017) and Comprehensive Practice Course in Archival Work (2019). He has published over 20 academic papers in journals including Shanxi Archives, Archives Science Study, Archives Science Bulletin, and Beijing Archives. His teaching and research achievements have been recognized with awards such as the Beijing Union University Excellent Teacher of Ideological and Political Education (2021), the Excellent Advisor Award at the National Exhibition of Innovative Extracurricular Works for Archival Science Students (2016), and the Second Prize of the Beijing Young Teachers’ Social Survey Project (2015).

谢永宪教授介绍

谢永宪，北京联合大学档案事务研究所所长，博士、教授、硕士生导师、双师型教师。担任中国软件行业协会信息资源与档案大数据分会秘书长、中国化工学会石油化工档案专业委员会副主任委员、中国档案学会理事、北京市档案学会理事、北京市档案局职称评审专家、北京市档案馆培训讲师、《山西档案》编委、全国文献影像技术标准化技术委员会一般问题分技术委员会委员、中国人民大学档案事业发展研究中心研究员、中国人民大学学位论文评审专家等社会职务。研究方向是电子档案管理与机关档案开放审核，主持2个国家社科基金项目、3个国家档案局项目、2个团体标准、1个软件著作权，出版专著2部、参编教材3部、发表学术论文20余篇。
