北京市属工科院校校史档案育人的
价值意蕴与实践路径

【摘要】北京市属工科院校校史档案承载着学校与首都工业建设同频共振的历史记忆，具有筑牢精神根基、传承工科精神、塑造校本文化的重要育人价值。文章以集体记忆、档案记忆观与档案叙事为理论支撑，构建“价值维度—转化机制—实现策略”分析框架，阐释校史档案在首都使命、工程文化、校本精神层面的内在价值，提出资源化、叙事化、场域化、评价化四大转化机制，并从资源挖掘、叙事创新、数字赋能、课程嵌入、协同联动五方面提出实践路径，为同类高校提供参考。

The Educational Value and Practical Pathways of Historical Archives at Beijing Municipal Engineering Universities

Abstract: The historical archives of Beijing’s municipal engineering universities carry the collective memory of the institutions' co-development with the capital's industrial construction. They hold significant educational value in strengthening spiritual foundations, inheriting engineering ethos, and shaping institutional culture. Grounded in theories of collective memory, archival memory theory, and archival narrative, this paper constructs an analytical framework of "value dimensions-transformation mechanisms-implementation strategies." It elucidates the intrinsic value of historical archives across three levels: Beijing’s mission, engineering culture, and institutional spirit. Four transformation mechanisms are proposed: resource-based, narrative-based, field-based, and evaluation-based approaches. Furthermore, five practical pathways are outlined: resource mining, narrative innovation, digital empowerment, curriculum-based ideological-political education, and collaborative coordination. This study provides a reference for other similar higher education institutions.
