英国国家档案馆档案数字监管实践及特点

【摘要】档案数字监管是将数字技术与档案监督管理深度融合的新模式，是推进档案治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要路径。文章以英国国家档案馆为研究对象，从档案人员、机构、资源和业务四个维度系统梳理其数字监管实践，归纳分析后发现其核心特征为公众参与得到保障、监管科技深度应用和监管法治不断完善三个方面。该研究对我国探索档案数字监管的实践路径有着启发意义。

Practice and Characteristics of Digital Supervision of Archives in The National Archives of the UK

Abstract: Digital supervision of archives is a new model that integrates digital technologies with archival supervision and management, and serves as an important approach to advancing the modernization of archival governance systems and governance capacity. Taking the National Archives of the United Kingdom as the research object, this article systematically examines its digital supervision practices from four dimensions: archival personnel, institutions, resources, and operations. The findings reveal three key characteristics: strong public participation, extensive application of regulatory technologies, and continuous improvement of the legal framework for supervision. This study offers insights for exploring practical pathways in digital supervision of archives in China.
